Here in Romania it has been an unusually long, cool and rainy spring, so the gardens are thriving and lush. Two volunteers from France volunteered at our organic farm, working side by side with Cristina and Daniela to master the weeds, and plant tomato seedlings. This year we have slightly reduced the number of clients so that the children can receive more of the produce, and be involved in the whole process of growing and harvesting their own fresh, healthy vegetables.
