- Crostini with pear, rucola, pomegranate seeds and brie
- Classic Romanian potato salad
- Raw organic root vegetables and walnuts salad
- Vegetarian “Sarmale” (Romanian cabbage rolls) with polenta and sour cream
- Cranberry orange cake with carmalized walnut strudel topping
- Hot spiced cider
This charity dinner is organized to support AMURTEL Romania’s projects which include:
- Residential Home “Familia AMURTEL”, that has 11 children
- Fountain of Hope After School Center, serving 30 children with hot meals homework help and extra enrichment through arts, sports and non-formal education.
- Vistara Social Integration to assist youth leaving the care system in socio-professional integration
Contribute to making this holiday a special one for the children we serve!
We are aiming to gather 100 presents to give to the children that we serve – between 3-12 years old. Please help us by donating small gifts, or contributing with a donation by 21.12.2017. We would like art supplies, durable wooden toys, stuffed animals and dolls and games!
