On Monday, September 19th, Gradinita Rasarit nr. 1 kindergarten reopened its doors just in time to celebrate its 20th anniversary after an intensive renovation this past summer! Thanks to the volunteer efforts of our architect Roxanne Pirvu, generous donations of construction materials from Rukki, Tassullo and Romstal, and financing from the foundation “Amici Nel Mondo”, Italy, the River School in Australia and the Neohumanist Foundation in Norway, as well as many other  friends and sponsors of AMURT and AMURTEL around the world, two-thirds of the kindergarten was reconstructed this summer. There is new roofing, tiling, thermopane windows, insulation and heating tubes in the renovation section, and the spaces are luminous, open and sparkling clean!

New parents, neighbors, graduated students and their families, sponsors and friends old are all invited to see the new changes, and  attend a special anniversary party on Saturday, October 1st, at Gradinita Rasarit, Str. Almas 16 , Sector 1.

There will be games for children and parents, a video, a raffle drawing of free prizes for children and of course cake! The program is from 10,30-12.30.  On this occassion, new enrollments will receive a special discount of 50% for the first month of attendence.

Gradinita Rasarit opened its first location in Bucharest in 1991 in the Bucuresti Noi neighborhood near the Bazilescu. Since then the kindergarten has provided an oasis of love, creativity and joy for the children that have attended the program, and has pioneered the holistic alternative approach of Neohumanist Education in Romania.

Come and experience a day in Gradinita Rasarit 1 alongside the children and see Neohumanist Education put into action! Neohumanist Education aims to awaken a life long love of learning through a holistic approach of offering multi-sensory experiential learning opportunities. Story telling plays a central role in stimulating curiosity and interest in a theme – in this case, the theme was “Nature’s gifts” and focused on medicinal plants. The theme was explored through experiencing scents, folktales, crafts, pictures and information about medicinal plants, and the children learned how to make herbal teas. The video also shows “Quiet Time” – a unique feature of the Neohumanist Morning Circle. Children learn to internalize their attention, relax, and use their imagination creatively to experience a peaceful feeling of love all around them. Quiet time promotes clarity, concentration, and creates a feeling of unity amongst the children. In our stressful and overstimulating modern world, the ability to self-regulate, connect to an internal feeling of peace and love, and experience harmonious relationships are essential life skills for being able to remain balanced, healthy and happy.

Earth Day has become an annual event at Gradinita Rasarit, providing a focus point for several weeks of curriculum on ecological themes. This year, recycling was covered, and the children learned about separating recyclable garbage through an inventive game. They also made “Every Day is Earth Day” costumes and learned special Earth Day songs (created by our teachers for the event). The  Earth Day event culminated with planting flowers in the garden outside, together with Roxanne, our volunteer from Scotland. The video provides an inside glimpse of Neohumanist Education in action. Neohumanist education puts a special accent on nurturing an ecological outlook, tolerance for diversity, socio-emotional competencies and cultivating inner peace and harmony as important factors for a balanced personality within the modern global context.

The children in Gradinita Rasarit are celebrating autumn with songs, stories, games and activities about  the  bounty of fruits, vegetables, special scents from this harvest season!

This summer, thanks to financing from the Autonomous Region of Bolzano, Amici nel Mondo and Lanesra Foundation, Gradinita Rasarit nr 2 underwent a major renovation. It now has a new roof, thermopane windows, insulation, new tiling in the kitchen, bathrooms and entrance, as well as paving in the courtyard,  freshly painted classrooms and a magical mural of an enchanted forest.  There are still a few spaces remaining – please come and visit to enroll.

Program pentru copii cu vârsta cuprinse între 3-8 ani, inclusiv copii care nu sunt inscris în anul scolar.

Un vorbitor nativ de limba engleză va crea o experiența “full-immersion”. Astfel, în mod firesc, va interacționa în timpul de joacă, în piscină, în curte, la picnicuri şi excursii în limba engleză.

Părinții pot plăti lunar sau pe zi, fiind astfel o alegere flexibilă.

Gradinitele Rasarit organizează Conferinta “Stiluri Parentale” deoarece ne dorim tot ceea ce este mai bun pentru copilul dumneavoastra, insa indeplinirea eficienta a meseriei de parinte presupune cunoasterea stilurilor parentale cu toate avantajele si dezavantajele care decurg in urma adoptarii acestora.

De aceea, va invitam in sediul:

A sosit Mos Craciun, cu darurile mult asteptate. Anul acesta prezenta mosului a fost una senzationala ca de fiecare data. Copiii si parintii au fost purtati pe meleagurile de la Polul Nord si au ascultat povestile despre copiii pe care i-a intalnit pana sa ajunga la noi. Mosul a fost foarte bucuros sa gaseaseasca asa copii cumintii si i-a rasplatit cu cadouri si biscuiti fermecati, care au aparut prin magie dintr-un pumn de sare si  un biscuite. Mosul a mai facut sa apara si alte lucruri, incantand pe toata lumea.

Acum cand iarna s-a asternut, cand toate sufletele se bucura de fiecare mica sau mare realizare invata din tot ce au trait, ca putem deveni mai buni, mai frumosi, mai intelepti.

Printul Fermecat de la Gradinita Rasarit pe Tinereţe.

Piesa de teatru “Printul Fermecat” a adus multe zambete pe fetele parintilor si mult amuzament pentru copii. De satisfactia educatorilor care au lucrat cu ei nici nu mai incape vorba. Performanta copiilor le-a umplut sufletul de mandrie si fericire, deoarece copii, dar si parintii, bunicii si educatorii, stapani pe tainele creatiei, si-au acordat lira pentru ca din ea sa izvorasca sunetele cele mai pure  care sa sensibilizeze sufletul fiecarui copil in parte si pe cel al copilului din noi – oamenii mari.
